IC Engineering Solutions has vast experience with chilled water and direct expansion (DX) HVAC design with new or existing building renovations. We have full 3D CAD capabilities utilizing the latest version of MEP AutoCAD. We perform computer load models though use of several software tools such as Trace 700 and Trace Chiller Plant Analyzer.

MEP AutoCAD

LEED certification is a recognition that a construction project or building can attain by utilizing environmental friendly building practices during construction or remodeling. LEED is an acronym that stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and is the Green Building Rating System developed by the U.S. Green Building Council. The model was developed in 1998 to encourage environmental awareness amongst government agencies, architects, engineers, developers and builders.
