  Chiller Replacement 2
  Replace one existing chiller with a new 600-Ton chiller. New Trane 600-Ton chiller with VFD rated at 0.537 kw/ton.

  Chiller Replacement 1
  Replace two existing chillers with one larger, more efficient 500-Ton chiller. Building load calls for just under 500 tons and existing chillers each operate at a maximum capacity of about 360 tons.

  Garage Lighting
  Provide eighty-two (82) 40 watt bulbs to replace existing 120 watt bulbs. Provide one hundred-fifteen (115) 100 watt bulbs to replace existing 205 watt bulbs. Five-year limited warranty on components and labor. Installation for 197 retrofit kits and bulbs.

  Heat Pipe
  Heat Pipe description should be: Install Heat Pipe Technology in air handler to pre-cool and re-heat airstream. Provide energy savings by reducing required cooling coil capacity as well as re-heat requirements.

  Demand Control
  Monitor space CO2 levels to seek opportunities for reduction of outside air and realize significant utility savings.

  Cooling Tower VFD
