With over 35 years of experience, Tom brings a quality of leadership that guarantees success. In 1973, he began his construction career as an apprentice with the Sheet Metal Union Local 533 in Flint, Michigan. In 1977, he graduated his apprenticeship as a sheet metal journeyman with his years of experience in the industrial, commercial and nuclear plant industry. In 1985, he joined Carrier as a sales engineer. He worked directly with engineers and contractors selecting and specifying equipment for their projects. In 1990, he joined a major HVAC contractor in Tampa, leading their design/build division. In 1995, Tom started IC Mechanical Inc.
Tom is presently an active member of: Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
